1. Sign up to Create a Blog in Blogger.com
Go to Blogger.com home page and select the "Create a Blog" button to begin the process to start your new Blogger.com blog.
2. Create a Google Account
If you do not have a Google account, you will need this to create one by completing the form on this page.
3. Sign In with Your Google Account
If you already have a Google account, you can bypass the "Create Google Account" step and simply sign in with your existing Google account username and password.
4. Name your Blog
Enter your desire blog title and address or domain name (to precede '.blogspot.com') in the spaces provided.
5. Choose a Template
Select a standard template which you prefer for your new blog.
6. Great job. Your new blog was created.
Your blog is now ready to use for your posts. You can now start blogging.
7. Write your first post. Save and publish your post.
