Just follow the steps:
1.
Uninstall the realtek hd audio manager and reboot so
that Windows 7 can load the universal hd audio driver.
2.
Then test audio again... it might work now.
3.
If not... please consider that Windows 7 there is an
advanced sound device server which configures the use of audio device for each
application individually. check your app-audio settings and the related
app-setting in volume control.
4.
Use sound recorder to check microphone function
independent of your app.
5.
If still its not working, download and install the
newest realtek driver click here
After you’ve installed, the microphone should be working now…
I had a similar problem with sound and mic on a NB305 – N410BN. The original driver created a very thin and bad sound and the mic was jibberish with lot of static... After I installed of the newest driver everything was way better…
